I'm back on Jeju! After finishing out my grant year (or I guess not really since they're calling it an extension to get by some technicalities) I went to SE Asia for two weeks with my older brother, then home for just under two weeks then it was back to the marble mansion. That was so not enough time for me in America but what are ya gonna do? Anyways, I got back to Jeju last friday and I still have one bag to unpack- the moral of that story is that I don't need anymore clothes!!! They say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree and they were certainly right when it comes to clothes....I may have a problem. Anyways, I was kinda worried getting back that this whole year would feel like a re-run....except it 100% hasn't. I am so much happier at my new school- the students are so wonderful and although I teach more classes, they are smaller so I don't feel so overwhelmed. I thought my friends were crazy last year when they were telling me about their classes...starting to realize how much crazier middle school teaching was. Anyways, I'm about to head to bed (the jet lag is real) but here are some pics thus far on year 2 :)
